Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a Shenzhen-based manufacturer with our own production facility, plus a sales showroom in Huaqiangbei. You are welcome to arrange a factory visit.

What products do you make?

Custom makeup brushes, brush sets and beauty tools. Browse the ranges on our Products page or the shop.

How can I trust your quality?

1) We are a 15-year makeup brush manufacturer with a 25,000 m² facility and 200 skilled workers. Our professional QC team carries out 100% inspection on every product before shipment.

2) We will send you pictures and videos of the order before shipment. If you still have concerns about the quality, we can arrange samples for your checking first.

3) Quality guarantee: 100% free replacement if there is a quality problem.

Can you do OEM, ODM or private label?

Yes. Brush shape, filament, handle, ferrule, logo method and retail packaging can all be customised. Send us your specification or a reference sample and we will propose a solution.

Can I customize my own logo?

Yes, private logos can be customized. We will print the logo on the handle or engrave it on the ferrule.

What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ is negotiable and depends on the specification and level of customisation. Tell us your target quantity in the inquiry form and we will confirm the MOQ in your quotation.

Can I get samples?

Yes — submit the Get A Sample form with the products you are interested in. We will confirm sample availability, any charge and shipping before sending.

What's your lead time?

1) Samples: 7–10 working days.

2) Customized shape and color: 35–45 working days after the sample is confirmed. The exact delivery time depends on order quantity.

3) Ready-to-ship (RTS) products: 1 day; within 500 sets: 7–15 days; over 1,000 sets: about 1 month.

How long do sampling and production take?

The schedule above covers our standard products. For a custom project, the final sampling and production dates depend on the specification and order size and are confirmed together with your quotation. Contact us with your target delivery date and we will check the production slots for you.

How can I pay?

Online orders are paid at checkout through PayPal, including the card options it offers. For bulk or OEM orders, payment terms are agreed in the quotation.

Do you ship internationally?

We work with overseas brands and distributors. Shipping options, costs and delivery terms are confirmed per order.
