Using this website

By browsing rovobeauty.com, requesting a sample or placing an order you agree to these terms. Product images and descriptions are for reference; final specifications are those confirmed in writing in your quotation or order.

Products, quotations and MOQ

We manufacture custom makeup brushes and beauty tools on an OEM / ODM basis. Minimum order quantity is negotiable and depends on the specification, materials and customisation. Prices, specifications and quantities are only binding once confirmed in a written quotation or order.

Samples

Sample requests can be submitted through our Get A Sample form. Sample availability, any sample charge and shipping cost are confirmed with you before dispatch.

Orders and payment

Online orders are paid at checkout through PayPal, including the card options offered there. For bulk or OEM orders, payment terms are agreed separately in the quotation. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping method, cost, lead time and delivery terms are confirmed per order. Lead times depend on the specification, quantity and production schedule; we will keep you informed of any material change.

Quality issues and returns

Please inspect deliveries and report any quality issue or discrepancy promptly with photos and your order number. We will review the case and propose an appropriate remedy. Custom-made goods are handled case by case in line with what was agreed in the order.

OEM artwork and intellectual property

Artwork, logos and specifications you supply remain yours. We use them only to produce and discuss your order, and we will not disclose them to third parties beyond what production requires.

Website availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, RovoBeauty is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
