Are samples free?
Standard samples are free of charge. You only cover the express shipping cost, which we will deduct from your first official order.
What is the sample price?
Custom samples with private-label logo, bespoke shapes or special packaging may carry a small tooling charge. We always confirm the cost before production starts.
How long does sample making take?
Stock samples ship within 1–2 business days. Customised samples normally take 7–12 working days depending on the handle shape, bristle and printing requirements.
How much is sample shipping?
Shipping is charged at the actual courier cost (DHL / FedEx / UPS). We compare rates and choose the most economical option for your destination.
What is the sample shipping time?
Express delivery usually takes 3–7 working days worldwide. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
How can I track my sample shipment?
Our sales team emails you the tracking number and a tracking link on dispatch day, and follows up until the parcel is delivered.
What about your privacy policy?
Your contact details and project information are used only to prepare samples and quotations. We never share them with third parties.
